Two civilians travelling in a Scooty from Charhan to Badhon met with an accident at Palma in Rajouri district. Army personnel on duty were quick to react to the crisis and rushed to the accident spot.
The team rescued the passengers and evacuated them to the nearest Army medical facility for first aid. The injured once administered with first aid were shifted to Govt Hospital ,Rajouri for further treatment.
The timely action by men in uniform was applauded by the locals and will go a long way in further strengthening the bond between the Army and the AWAM.
